no objection certificate to issue passport

Dear Sir,

how difficult / easy is to get the no objection certificate from local court to issue a passport .

1)what is the procedure ?
2)what are the official expenditures involved in that ?
3)how manys days process is this ?
4)whom to approach ? can any advocate do this?
5)will it depend on case to case. my case section is 292d

If any criminal case is pending against you then you have to ask for the no objection certificate from the court, otherwise it is not necessary.

file an application before the concerning court for call the report from police station!

just the requird court fee whish is nominal and also an affidevit.
lawyer's fee is on ;yr part!
