Is any license is required for selling and dubbing movies in india.

Cinematograph Act does not require any license for the work of dubbing and selling of the movies. But u may need the permission of the movie producers / others having rights over the mvie, for the above purpose. I could not lay my hands on any other legislation on the subject.
