If a Govt Agency awards a Contract to a Party without floating tender and the value of contract is above Rs. 10.00 lac, what steps should be taken by other competitors like RTI, Court stay.

Please advise.

Awarding of contract without floating tender is not only illegal but it is source of correction. The court takes very serious views, if any fact is brought in the knowledge of the Court. You can seek information through RTI and also can file writ petition in the High Court.
