Please sir m junior Advocate pr-acting in the session court of Bombay, I want judgement of the Hon'ble High courts on QUASHING OF F.I.R. BY CONSENT IT registered under sec. 326 of the I.P.C. please give it as too need full. m waiting for citation of judgements.

It is a non compoundable offense. You can not quash it by consent.

but sir i have other judgement in that offence was non compoundable however FIR was quashed by the consent,

Sir i got the Judgement which i want I searched it on www.Indiakanoon.org,
sir judgement is GURPREET SINGH AND ANOTHER V/S STATE OF PUNJAB & OTHERS DECIDED ON15-3-2010 IN CRL.MISC NO. M-4698 OF 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA. now m going to file petition before Hon.ble H. C. of Bombay under sec 482 of Cr.p.c. to quash the F.I.R. which was registered under sec. 326 of I.P.C. sir see attach file it is judgement
