Restriction upon Advocates

(Querist) 28 February 2011 This query is : Resolved
As an Advocate can not accept full time employment. Whether there is any such restriction upon pursuing full time LLM?
My question is if I get admission into full-time LLM then whether I will become completely ineligible to practice during the course tenure of LLM?
Is there any Rule of Bar Council in this regard?

As it is full time course u may have to suspend ur practice voluntarily and notify the Bar Council of the state where u are enroled. (cf. Rule. 5(1) of the Bar Council Rules.)
