If Leese Deed Lessor has given right to lesee to mortgage leese property and take loan in any bank. If any Stamp Duty paid of such thing as applicable in Andhra Pradesh. ANy Change in Nature of Transction

Normally equitable mortgage is being created in favour of bank and no stamp duty is required for it. But, in case of registered mortgage stamp duty is leviable as per local laws of state of AP.

in tamilnadu we have to pay 1% stamp duty for mortgage
