Can a Working professional form it's own pvt. company

Can a person who is working in a MNC company form a private company and become a managing director of that company?

Is this possible? than how?

If the employer have no objection.

No he cannot form or flat a Company during his service with existing Company.

Either he has resign or take prior written permission from the employer.
