I do not know for what purpose u are asking the experts to provide an article on the subject. If it is for ur academic interests, u should take pains to go through several articles that appeared in the press from time to time and the news reports on the judgements of the Courts. Even to day a news report has appeared in the Mumbai editionof the Times of india where the Bombay HC has imposed a penalty of Rs. 20,000/- on the PIL filed by some acticvists against Sharukh Khan constructing a multi storeyed building in his own property in Bandra.
