Whether your step mother was got married by your father during the life time of your mother? If so marriage itself is illegal and she is not entittle to claim any share in your father's property, but her son and daughter are entittle to claim share in the share of your father but not in the ancestral property.

Your mother gets 50% share on the property. So, you, father and bio sister will get equal share from that. 1/3 x 50%
Your father gets 50% share on the property. So, you, father, bio sister and step mother will get equal share from that. 1/4 x 50%
