Dear Sir(s),
X & Y are brothers both married. Y & his wife died leaving behind their 2 children (both minor, 1 male & 1 female). X and his wife wants to be the guardian of aforesaid children & wants to open a bank account & execute / legal formalities of aforesaid children till the attaining of their Majority.
What proceedure can X adopt to open Bank A/C of these children and can further execute other legal formalities of aforesaid children till their Majority??

The X ill have to make an application to the court of the ld. District Jude for his appointment as the guardian of the children. Thereafter he could even manage his accounts with the permission of the court.

X will have to file a petition under the guardian and wardship act to appoint him as a guardian of 2 children and he has to give surety for that and whatever act he wants to do should be for the benefit of the minors.
