Matter with Dy. Registrar.

Thank you for your replies to my query. The Dy. Registrar has confirmed that a Housing Society cannot charge more than 10% of Service charges (Sinking Fund excluded). Now my query is: I had filed a case before the Dy. Registrar. Hon. Registrar was to pass the order on 1st October 2010. Till now this has not been done. Is there a time limit for passing of orders? What is my remedy in law?

You file an application before the Dy REgistrar seeking early disposal of the case. If it is not responded posiotively,you can move the High Court seeking a direction for quick disposal.
