PF/ESIC & LABOUR WELFARE FUND

Sir

We are registered with ESIC & PF. Now the Labour department is pressurising to register with Labour Welafare Fund. Kindly advise as we are regularly remitting ESIC & PF amounts, is it necessary to remit the Labour Welfare Fund also? Please inform me any Supreme Court Verdict is there?

yes, you are liable to register yourself with labour welfare fund. it your statutory obligation.
