how to vacant a commercial space from tenant who is older more than 9 years

If a person purchased the new residential house and a corner of this house about 15 sq. yds has been given on rent without rent deed by the old owener to tenant aproximately beofre 9 years and tenant is paying the electricity bill to concerned department regulary because this space has separate electricity meter. But he is not paying the rent to new owner and harasing to the new owner. Now what is the procedure to get vacant that share of house from the tenant. What is legal process to get vacant.

The owner or landlord can always file a case for eviction of the tenant on various grounds including the ground of reasonable requirement. The procedure for eviction varies from one State to another. Generally the landlord can file a suit for eviction after giving the tenant a one clear month notice for eviction. Get in touch with your local advocate.
