Certificate of posting

After cheque returned with endorsement, the person sent a legal notice by way of certificate of posting. then is it valid on the eyes of law?

What in case of court notice sent through certificate of posting?

Yes it is valid service. Even if the other side raises any doubt you could bring the postal authority for its proof.

Yes off course it is valid service. The NI Act does not prescribes the modes of service of notice.
