One person gifted his own property to his cuncubence daughter. The orginal son's are haveing any right aganist that property.
is there is any legal procidure

Self acquired property can be conveyed to any person. None have right against that.

You may have a chance only if you could prove that the gift was obtained by fraud, or the gift deed itself is not a genuine one.
