what is the position of dowary articles given to a girl in her marriage after her death when there is no child and case u/s 498a 406 ipc is also registared on the compliant of her prior to her death?

If the articles were gifted by her parents as dowry and a case is also pending in this respect then her parents can lay claim on those things.
