What is the nature of injunction, prohibitory or mandatory? And what is the subject matter of injunction, immovable property, movable property or something else..

The injunction sought is mandatory in nature and is to stop the heavy and continuous leakage from the bathroom of the flat above my flat. So immovable property.

approach the court with an execution petition under order 21 rule 11 and 32

Is the decree passed ? If yes then the above view is correct otherwise you have to file petition u/s 151 of cpc for police help to execute the order.
