conviction-effect on govt pension?

i am a retd govt pensioner.65 years old.dowry death of my daughterinlaw is under trail.if the conviction takes place is there any reduction in my pension amount?my mentally retarted daughter based on me.is she has any eligibility for family pension?

Your pension shall be suspend and you can inform to the head office about your mentally retarded daughter.
