Accused #1 & #2 have got anticipatory bail for 498a

Now, for a week need to appear in PS

What the police would do ?

Does it mean they would interrogate the so called accused on daily basis and close the case or ?

Hope they would not play mischeif again , if so whats precaution to be taken

No need to worry, mere interogation & investigation.

If the court had granted bail with a condition that they shall appear before the PS periodically, it means that they shall have to put in their attendance at the PS just to ensure that they are in station.

Meeting the IO once or twice in week is an standard measure taken by the lower court while allowing the prayer of the accused fo regular bail.
In West Bengal the accused to just get affixed the seal of the concerned Police Station to show the proof of visits. Interrogations or investigations hardy take place. It is more like a deterrent for future offence than anything else.

no need to worry at all. nothing will happen, just a formality to tender attendence.
