Respected members,
i have one cousin her name is sarala and she has a daughter. a year ago she was expired due to health problem. before she was going to die she made many insurance policies and many investments. after her death that amount was matured and total amount was received by my cousin husband and their family members. and the total amount and property was kept under the name of my cousin husband and their family members. no amount was deposited on the name of my cousin daughter nor no amount was kept under the guardian ship of my cousin own brothers. now my cousin's husband is going for another marriage. now for the future security of my cousin's daughter what should be done.
please guide us

Any one of you can apply to local civil court for appointing court guardian of those minor children as their shares in the movable properties left their mother has illegally been withheld by their father and other family members. Those children have equal right with their father in the entire money left by their mother and even their family members have no right therein to attain even a single penny therein.
All monies such derived shall also be devolved equally in favour of those children and the amount shall be kept in bank till those attain their majority.
