i am a decree holder in EP petition.now we have attached many property of defendent. defendent has to pay me 2 lack rupees. he is getting 50000 per month from his agri and lorry business but he is asking 15 installments to pay for me.how can i prepare pettion or application to pay in 3 installments.please send model petition

You engage a lawyer and handover your decree to him. He shall draft executive petition for you and shall file before the same court which passed decree and court have various means to get executed the impugned decree.

The judgment debtor may file a memo before the court that he is willing to pay the decree amount in 3 installments and you may give no objection for the same in court. The court will then accordingly frame the time limit for every installment to be paid and every payment of installment shall be recorded thereby.

If you have already filed EP and obtained attachment, take an official of the court (ameena) and seize the movable properties. It is as simple as that.
