Childrens were playing on colony street. Gentleman ask them to keep quite, but child can't control the noise obviously. After which gentleman drove his two wheeler furiously on the street. He was drunk but i don't have proof just the image of person in Society as drunk. My child being student of ca warned his wife who came in picture after my child started yelling on street , claiming that childrens were wrong and they are garbage, to whom my child with hugh pace of voice but no abuse warned about 3 to 6 m jail. Things catch fire but i called my child inside home. The drunk person will not stop.. I want to know Constitutional right to play and make noise while playing, and exact provision i can warn with to stop drunk man.

Met a lawyer immediately. It is not a case of rash driving. It is case of attempt to kell and intimidation.

right to play is very much the fundamental right to life.

Try to have amicable settlement, children should not create nuisance / make loud noise in the street. The rash act of the drunken fellow is not appreciable also.

CA student is mature enough and should keep in mind his career, should avoid any legal / criminal proceedings.

noise of pl;aying children is not at all a suisance.

it is their right.

it is part of right to life. they have to play as a part of right to life and when they play they have to make sound. it is their right as part of life.

every body around has a right and DUTY to be happy.
