F&f partially not paid by company

Hi ,
I was worked in a company around 8 months after that i resigned because of MD not wants me to continue, after that i follow up the company to clear my Salary and F&F. they cleared my salary 2 months after. my F&F partialy released by company after 5 months and the balance amount still not paid by the company . the pending period is more than one year. what can i do against company.

Did you get acknowledgment of resignation, acceptance,FnF statement,Form16,NOc/NDC, service certificate,relieving letter etc?
What was the notice period inserted in appointment letter and tendered by you?
Did you write in resignation that you have been asked to resign?

What is the due amount?
Send registered letter followed by reminder / legal notice if no action taken.

I was relieved in the month of Nov14, I got salary for the month nov 14 in Jan 15, They sent F&F statement in Feb15 along with my Reliving letter. the F&F partially they Released in Apr15, the balance amount of Rs. 15000 still they not yet processed. I sent lot of mail to the concern but no response as of now.
How do i apply for legal notice against this company..

You have not replied to all points.
You may approach an able counsel specializing in labor law-service matters and your lawyer shall send the legal notice after examining all docs on record and details given by you.
