What is Auditor's Professional Misconduct ?

What is base on which members make complaint against Auditor regarding excess amount demanded and or already collected by Society on record, etc ?
As sometimes members were illegally charged excess amount which is reflecting in Audit Report as collected or outstanding.
or "auditor's report" not showing such amount not to be charges & is illegal.

Experts kindly advise.
