Correction In INDEX NO-II

Sir,
I purchased property at pune and registered that property at Vishrantwadi (Pune) but there was one mistake made by Regn. department that they interchanged figurs of Govt. Value & Consideration given to Builder & my bank wants correct Index II , what is the procedure to make changes in INDEX NO-II ?

Apply to the registration department and make correction to this typographic error who shall issue you supplimentary Index no. II.
