Respected Members,

FIR U/S 354 was launched in 2010 .
charge was framed in 2010 .

In 2013 Chief of complainant was completed and partial cross examination of complainant

A compromise was made between complainant and accuse .

How can the FIR be quashed ?
Can the trial court exercise its power and dismiss the fir or
Accuse need to go to the Hon'ble high court and plea for quashment u/s 482

Dear Querist
it is compoundable offence as section 320(2) of Crpc says. trial court have power to acquittal on compounding.
