sir,
my father had died in 2005 without any will. he has three children 2 son,1doughter(me). after my father death dispute on property share arise.
my brothers dont want to give me anything. so this dispute is pending. they have full possession of property. i have not file any court case yet because my mother is still alive and i dont want give her any tension yet.
but suddenly i got the news that my brother has closed the bank account of my father and withdraw all money without demanding my signature.
i am feel cheating. how is it possible. please help me what should i do.

you should filed a complaint case against your brother before court for cheating and you can also file a suit for declaration with partition against him and get your share.

You are not only required to file a criminal case but also a civil suit for partition of all properties left by your father. You have 1/4th share in all those properties.
