Name change of flat..

my father dies some months back.we are 2 brothers , 1 sister and a mother.
he has a flat on his name.now we want to transfer flat onto mother;s name.
i have already done a affadevit on 100 stamp paper stating all legal nominees name and adress.what is next procedure..?
any other documents do i require and where to submit the same..?
do i need to pay stamp duty once again..?

Affidvit is not sufficient to transfer the house in your mother's name, you all will have to execute the regd., rights relinquish deed.

If Flat in co-op Society, Nomination form filed by yr father decide the trf.
If no nomination form, you have to follow procedure to trf w/o nomi
Say Indemnity Bond, Declarations and Undertaking of all legal heirs, Transfer Forms & ors forms prescribed for the purpose.
It is to be submitted in Society office/ to Chairman/ sec of Soc.
