Is succission certificate valid document for transfer of residential property ? It is not stampduty paid at the time of making succission certificate?

yes valid document for transfer of property . if court has issued succession certicate then you can make application for transfer of property .

sir thanks for your reply. but i have confusion that what is distinction between Padhi Nama & Sucession Certificate ? I had Pedhinama sighned in prensence of sub registrar. I am not associated with this field but i just joine llb. I am Inter Ca i dont have proper knowledge. Please Clarify. Thanks for your reply. If time permits then plzzzzz answer my previously posted quary named " Validity of Pedhinama".
