Forged documents in civil and criminal side

Sir,

My sister booked case under section 420 cr.p.c. and 418 cr.p.c. against me while we both are contesting the same subject matter in the civil court. Further my sister knowingly the documents are forged and false filed criminal case against me. The said criminal case is yet to start the proceedings. At this stage can I file case against my sister under forged and created documents under section 195 Cr.P.C. and 340 Cr.P.C. What are the options open to me now at this stage.

Yes you can definitely file such cases against her if you could show prima facie proof of forgery or fraud.
