Application for permission to appear and argue
in person is allowed.

The petitioner who is appearing in person
seeks permission to withdraw the special leave
petition with liberty to agitate the matter against
the main order passed in CRP (PD) 2691 of 2011 by the
High Court. Permission is granted. The special
leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
