If someone have option for Registry at Current circle rate or Market rate then which option should choose and why ?

The stamp duty payable is upon the price assessed by the Registry Office only, at least in WB and the party has no say in it.

The stamp duty is payable is upon the price assesed by registry office of the particular area where the property is situated.

Stamp Duty is payable on circle rate or consideration paid to seller, whichever is higher.
