Ld Counsels,
For getting the call records of a person who is not a party in the divorce proceedings, is it mandatory to get the leave of the court for sending summons to the third party for deciding on the application for production of mobile phone call records.
If such leave was not granted by the family court will it render the application for production of call records not maintainable.
Thanks.

Notice was ordered by the judge in the application for production of call records of the third party by airtel. however no specific leave was prayed to have the third party served the notice other than adding him in the cause title.

Mr.Prakash,
You say you are an engineer, but all your queries are similiar just changing threads, why don't you continue in the same thread.

Dear sir,
It will be helpful if the difference in terms of legal point in each question is understood and replied. I am not trying to create multiple threads on the same subject. But a same case may have different angles and hence raised in different threads.
I have not yet updated my profile to infer that I am an engineer. As such I am a hapless litigant with a hope for justice.
