Police creating problems for the name of investigation

Respected Sir
My client has sale a old mobile handset a costumer and costumer parches SIM from another shop the purchaser have use it an kidnap case, my client have not took Residential and other documents from purchaser, police has relies the suspected snap of kidnaper , most of the time police personal come on his shop and creating problems him for the name of investigation , which action we will take places

Dear Santosh,
Your client has sold only the handset.He has nothing to do with the sim card,when he has not sold.For purchasing handset,you need not furnish ID and Residential proofs,you have to do so for sim card purchase only.Then why are the police harassing your client.Something missing in your query.

I agree, if the police is harassing, let him complain to the SP/ DIG.
