Law of limitation - clarification

(Querist) 27 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Is there any other provision in Limitation Act other than that of 3 years period from attaining majority by minors in case of property. I have seen somewhere about the time of 12 years from the date of knowledge of deal by minors or something like that. Please elucidate it.
