WG forge company was Situated at Thane, Maharashtra, Company was in sound position till 1981, suddenly went in to liquidation, and close down in 1984, turnover was about 1000 crores per year. 2500 worker were working there. Mean time matter was in Mumbai High court. The property of the company was auctioned in 2003 for Rs.65 Crores, Builder was Hiranandani, When the worker brought this matter to my News Paper “Saamsatta” I have highlighted, When I used RTI, I got surprising things through it. The Auctioned made by court receiver of Bombay high court, Land was 42 acres in prime location. The Property was valued in 1997 just using the mere valuation method, such as there was property of A, B, C and A has value of Rs. 1500 per Sqft, C- has 1700 so B- will have 1250/- property in disput, not use the government redirecnore. In 2003 this price was almot double, and valuation was 135 crores. But at time of Auction valuation report was in close cover and auction. In RTI query they have said about revaluation. Valued only in 1997, and property sold for just Rs.65 crores to Hiranandani Bldr. Just like 2G scam, even after 6 six year property was not revalued, Do to this 2500 worker have got only 13 crore, there were 7.7 crores various banks loan they taken away 37 crores. Not doing revaluation the court receiver made auction. Can a news paper can take this matter to Supreme Court or file a writ petition in the high court on behalf of news paper. Worker union has given in writing to news paper to fight the matter.
Can we can give Justice to worker of Company, on the basis of mismatch in valuation report.

Why News paper? Let the Workers' Union file the case. They have better locus standi. You better give all the requisite support.

In what way the newspaper would have any interest to be a party to litigation? Newspaper can only help in highlighting the irregularities through its newspaper, if convinced about the same. But suppose some reporter gets involved in some settlement out of the way with the party and starts supporting that party, what would be the remedy with you?
Since only the workers interest is involved, either they may go to court independently or through workers union to get justice.

One more Example of High Level Corruption in Judiciary. Lacunas of Court.
Crores must have gone to so many, who managed this !!
Majority Forest Land in Thane area, now multo story Towers,
Ministers, Politicians, Govt Authorities, Builders grabbed it, and Lakhs of Flat Owner Paid Double the cost of Flats ranging 25L-1Cr. , Profit siphoned to Govt machinery too.
This is a tip of iceberg.
Majority Company show loss, so as to encash money, at low auction on paper,
Who will bell the cat??
Opp Party can easily spent 100 cr on this issue, what poor workmen can spend??
All are managed. Cannot get justice. It is a small part of big scandalous activity.
