After clear of AIBE is it required again to register / obtain membership in any local Court for Practice ?

yes, you must enroll your certificate and register where you want practice as an advocate at the place.

Yes, this is mandatory for every advocate and even this is now a column in the form to write down the place of practice seeking enrollment with Bar Council.

not necessary to obtain membership of local bar, but it is advisable to do so.
