1)Can any expert give details like present court fee to probate the WILL in Andhra pradesh state ( %age of amount to be paid for total market value of house)
2)Is there any website to see court fee in Andhrapradesh state

See Andhrapardesh Court Fees Act and rules thereunder . You will get the structure of fees to be paid.

For will if it is within the blood relation then it is merely 1500 to 2000. and outside relatives a bit more . in Andhra please chechk out. This is in regard to Karnataka State. in ,maharashtra somewhat same.

It is a state matter and court fees does differ from state to state,unfortunately websites do not provide it then unless some one from your state attends your query,none can speak authoritatively.
