Dear experts,An order for interim maintainance by Hon'ble court EXCUTABLE ? in a OP filed by wife for DIVERCE.The husband already filed RCR before filing the DIVERCE petition by wife.Any citations please.2.The Hon'ble court did not taken in to consideration documents filed by husband in Diverce petition as respondent such as legal notice etc;before filing RCR.Is it a good ground for filing for CMA in the High Court? or is it a better to file REVIEW petition in the same court?Kindly advice with citations.THANQ.

Yes it is executable order. To get it exeucted u/s 127 of Cr.P.C. wife will have to file recovery petition within one year, other wise it will be lapsed.
