i need relevant reports for 1) whether the driver of the vehicle holding L.M.V with out M.C.V and drive the motor cycle and done the accident. the L.M.V. is valid driving license or not. if yes please give post relevant case laws. thanking you

LMV holder is not authorised to drive Motor Cycle.
