LLP Agreement

(Querist) 20 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Whether in a LLP agreement stamp duty is required?
If yes what should be the value of Stamp Paper for a LLP where investment is 3 Lac?
Whether such agreement is to be notarised before filing?
Any other requirement after execution but before filing the agreement with roc?

If the agreement is on the stamp paper it is better. Rs.100 stamp paper is more than sufficient.
