Dear All,

The agricultural land is situated in Haryana and is likely to be got acquired very soon.

Our status is of Tenant for more than last 100 years (as per the Jamabandi/ Fard our entry is in IInd column as Tenant).

What is the way out so that we can get a declaratory decree from court that we in fact are the owner of the land.

File a civil suit to get declartion of title and obtain stay against acquiring the property.
