CAN ANY ONE GIVE CASE LAW DETAILS ON THE SUBJECT. IN ONE CASE POLICE OFFICER FILED B REPORT BY FALSELY SUBMITTING THAT HE HAS SERVED NOTICE TO COMPLAINANT. STRANGELY HE HAS FILED APPLICATION TO COURT ON NON HEARING DATE REQUESTING COURT TO ACCEPT B REPORT.

WHAT STEPS CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST I.O?

If court is accepted the B report you will have to file an objections and lead the evidence of the complainant and wittnesses cited in the B report
