in a m.a.c.p if vehicle is running in out of permit area&got accident and a person died .is insurance company is liable for compensation.please give me some supreme court &Allahabad high court judgment

In General Insurance policies,there are no exclusions with respect to any area/territory.

as such I do not understand back ground of the query?
