In the case NI ACT 1881 U/s.138 of dishonored cheque - The accused has accepted liabilities verbally & we have record it thru Vedio CAMERA

Can we produce it as an evidance during trail?

It is valid?

You can produce video camera in evidence but you have to prove it beyond reasonable doubts means how it was recorded, who recorded, whether any editing has been made or not and all other related questions have reasonably to be answered by you.

Even otherwise it has to be legal debt, notice has to be in time and proper pleadings in the complaint. mere acceptance of debt has no meaning. Suppose you have a debt of illegal activities such as gambling or drugs not allowed.
