All respected ld. friends,
In connection with the Demand of EXCESS payment towards the Credit Card a civil suit came to be filed for declaration and injunction before the Civil Judge Junior Division. No interim injunction granted by the Court, but notice served to the Bank. In this circumstances, can a case filed before the Consumer Forum, under the Consumer Protection Act.

COPRA covers deficiency in services. But you can always file a complaint under Banking Ombudsman Act even through online

No. U have chosen your own forum. However, U may withdraw the suit & proceed under COPRA.

Yes ombudsman will address only to financial losses incurred by you. If you are not redressed properly, you can always file a civil suit.
