Que.1.Can an Appeal be filed against an Ex-Parte Order for Section 9 of Hindu marriage act, As We am not staying together for 3 yrs nor I am Interested in relationship anymore it is Over, if so What is the Procedure?

You can either prefer an appeal before the High Court or file a petition u/o 9 R13 of CPC in the same court for setting aside the decree passed ex parte.

Let me put another question with regards to same query Can I obtain an Injunction or Stay against Ex-Party Order u/s 9 of HMA from execution?

this application for stay can be maintainable as you can stay the execution of decree while pendancy of application to setaside the exparte decree.
