Whether a Petition for Judicial Seperation which is at the summons stage can be converted/amended into a Petition for Divorce u/s.13(1)(i-a) and (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955.

yes, it may convert because the ground of seperation and divorce are same in Hindu Marriage act -1955.

High Court Rules has got nothing to do this. Yes, the same can be done.
