Ld counsels,

A writ petition under article 226 is ordered not in my favor and I want to make an appeal against the order on thie wqrit petition.

Under what provision of law can I make the writ appeal before he high court.

Kindly clarify.

Letters Patent Appeal lies from the order passed by the Single Judge in writ matters to the Division Bench. Every High Court has its own Rules. So you have the check out your particular High Court Rules.
