kindly advice that property is in kerala state
1.Whether owner of the property can execute registered GPA in karnataka in favor of his relative to execute a sale deed in favor of the propective purchaser at Kerala
2.What is the stamp duty for registered GPA

He has to execute the GPA in Kerala only according to the kerala stamp act.
